Important Announcement:

Postponement of the Baltic Sea Offshore Wind Summit 2026.

Originally scheduled for March 23–24, 2026, in Gdańsk, the Summit has been postponed to September 2026.

A Message to Our Community,

Since our inception, BalticWind.EU has been dedicated to a single, powerful idea: that the Baltic Sea region is stronger when we speak with one voice on the global stage.

‍Our Summit was designed to be the physical manifestation of that cooperationhigh-level platform for ministers, industry leaders, and innovators to drive the energy transition forward. However, we are currently facing a reality that we cannot ignore.

Due to a lack of  support from sponsors, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the second edition of the Summit.

For us this is more than just a scheduling change; it is a concerning signal regarding the current health and stability of the offshore wind industry. As a platform that champions regional collaboration, we are profoundly disappointed that the necessary backing for an event of this strategic importance could not be secured at this time. We believe that a Summit of this magnitude only makes sense if it receives the full, unwavering commitment of the industry’s key players. To proceed without that foundation would be to compromise the quality and impact that our participants and speakers deserve.

Our primary objective is to reschedule the event for September 2026.

Specific details and final dates will be announced only after we receive binding declarations from our strategic partners.

We remain steadfast in our mission to facilitate the dialogue necessary for a secure and sustainable Baltic Sea energy future.

Information for Participants and Partners: We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this postponement may cause to your planning and schedules.

Speakers: Our coordination team is reaching out to all confirmed speakers individually to discuss the transition.

Partners: We remain at your disposal for any questions regarding existing arrangements. We thank you for your continued trust and for your dedication to the future of offshore wind.
